Do you struggle with your use of technology? Or are you fighting in your relationship with food and nourishment? Then your issue, at the core, is a lack of vitality. Ultimately yoga and mantra will keep you focused and strong enough to live in right relationship with all of the modern complexities we face daily. Chanting a mantra during your use of technology, while watching TV, or even eating is a way to strengthen and clarify your relationship with these things.
Chanting mantras help because ultimately we are just trying to become in control of our own minds (which mantras help with).
