Doing Sat Kriya every day allowed Guru Jagat to go into the aura of the master that Yogi Bhajan held. You can condition yourself so you can reconstitute your body. It helps you get the thing that you want. It re-patterns the self-fulfilling prophecy of not getting what you want. It re-patterns the subconscious patterns. It makes you agile. Whatever is in front of you right now is what you need to make a creative impact on.
"Sat Kriya is a genetic reconstitution where bad genes get eliminated.”—Yogi Bhajan
Balance your chakras and endocrine system to be your most creative.
Unfulfillment is a by-product of you not relating to what is in front of you in a constructive way.
When someone sees, you as a spiritual practitioner, their whole incarnation changes. So you have no idea why you are put in certain situations. In your aura lies the frequency of your practice. What if you thought of your life that way? That wherever you are, you are changing the frequency of the others that are around you. Even in those moments of resentment.
