Inversions are really about inverted thought forms. The yoga asanas were created to invert your perspective. Things look different from different postures. Kundalini is a Raj (Royal) Yoga. It takes 22 years to master asanas, Kundalini will speed up that process. It contains all of the 8 limbs of yoga.
Once a thought form goes the wrong way, you double down on the inversion and have mental intrigue. Then the things can be manifested as chronic conditions or phobias. The thoughts invert because of patterns from childhood or past lives that aren’t working for you anymore. How are you continuing to respond to these mental intrigues? These are the things that ruin your adult life and everyone who has to deal with you. The Auric Projection Meditation gives you the power to go the opposite way. It allows the projected thought form that is at a higher frequency. You can create your own experience of reality. This mediation will help you have a more fulfilling experience.
