Yoga begins at minute 16:30 ??

Scrubbing the floors of the Golden Temple in Amritsar is an act of loving devotion, an offering-- seva. There is a gravitas of importance placed around keeping the Temple floors pristine. This integrity of purity in the Temple physical space is what allows the transmission to be that of pure, crystalline, elevated vibratory frequency.

Your arcline is both your transmitter and your receiver.  It is the nucleus of your aura-- the heart of your energetic body. Through the arcline, you receive intuitive information, guidance from infinity for you on your path. Through the arcline, you transmit your projection, your waves of impact. Like that of the Temple floors, the arcline requires cleaning and clearing to allow for this essential communication halo to work optimally.

In this healing meditation, cleanse, purify, and charge the arcline. Clear karma, clear resentment, clear old patterns no longer giving you destiny momentum. Remove any film or muddiness in the field, allowing for the arcline to shine bright, illuminating the best road ahead. Your arcline space is the space of your guardian angels-- there to guide you, to protect you, and to assist you on your summit along the sacred path of your fulfillment.

This class opens with a beautiful prayer on a Full Moon lunar eclipse. It is a part of Camp Grace. It is a supreme cosmic time. Learn ancient yogic techniques for absorbing and amplifying its balancing frequency.

Do Sarbang Dundees (12:32) to get your energy circulating properly.

Move through Kundalini yoga including Pranayam (16:23) to open up your channels and  receive more energy. Work deeply with the diaphragm. Do a meditation specifically at the time when a lunar eclipse comes in (at 22:56) to throw the evil out.

Generate such a power that the kundalini will rise. Your evil will leave you. Let the energy of this set activate you. Burn out the karma.

Use the hissing cobra breath (32:49) and then dance your body (44:05) and see how much you can receive through all 10 bodies.

Open up the chakras and allow any obstruction to leave you.

Have some respect for yourself and your life. Gong Relaxation (1:07:44).

You can use specific tools to ascertain what your particular inner journey of healing is. Some tools you can use include your: astrology chart (north/south node & Chiron in particular), tantric numerology, & spiritual “destiny” name.

Ultimately you are the master of your destiny and the leader of your fate. These are all tools to identify where the block or stuck energy is in your bioenergetic system. Karma is stored in the body, never the soul. When you resist something, you do it physically and over time the pattern creates tension and disease. (The soul does not accrue karma; it’s pure.) Changing the physio-spiritual constellation of your destiny is a full 10-body experience.

Healing means wholeness—cutting limiting (false) beliefs.
