True prosperity means that you create your own reality. Cultivate that in this session. Listen to a lecture on how Richard Branson did it to inspire your meditation and practice. Know what you want to have a bigger experience of and then just say yes to any opportunities that will support that experience getting amplified. It will not always be easy but that is the point. The spiritual teaching is that there is no promise that everything will be easy but while you go through it you can be happy, healthy and holy. That is a good promise.
Mediate on what you believe and then turn it into an “I know”. Then create your reality. It takes strength so that you can withstand the ebbs & flows of the planet. Believe in life. This gives you instant prosperity and wipes out your weaknesses. Believe you live. “If you didn’t have the belief that you will live tomorrow then there a million things you would not do today.”
Ek Ong Kar. There is one sound and that sound is the sound of creativity. That is you - both the creator and the created. Believe to create. Don’t change that you believe in something but change what you believe in and that is a sovereign choice. This is self-fulfilling prophecy. Get onto the constructive side of creativity with the yoga in this class.
