Kundalini yoga will keep you around the age of 36. If you found it after that age, you will reverse-age. That is because age is not chronological, age is a reserve of energy.
You need 45 minutes of physical kundalini yoga to refill your reserves. In this dharma talk, Guru Jagat gives us the direction and motivation we need to keep moving forward. She discusses aging, societal hypnosis, polarity, awakening, and living a real life in this incredible time on the planet. Do not miss this talk and then do a serious work out kriya and mediation.
Destroying your self-destructiveness. Replenishing the reserve force.
