One of the best things about the Kundalini lineage is that it is right now. You don’t have to do anything ‘right’ and make up for a checkered past. These teachings were only taught in secret to those who deserved them. This devoted practice of kundalini is a training to receive a moment of enlightenment. The awakened mind, is known as Prajna. It is instant and when it happens you never see the same again. It requires fitness. Agility of mind, body, and emotion. You have to be strong in all 10 bodies to allow the instantaneous opening of the awakened mind.
Listen to a teaching on the mainstream idealism of consciousness. The mantras wake you out of the hypnotic pulse being broadcast to shut out the possibility of enlightenment. Play them. The sound code awakens the mind. It is the most nutrient-dense sound. Use the yoga in this class to get instant results. Have a direct experience right now. Reality. It gives you the energy to live in your reality. Non-reality depletes you. The lineage of Kundalini is NOW. Take a breath and have something instantly lifted. Create the fitness to allow the Prajna. The fresh mind that is no longer interested in your past non-realities. Whatever has you locked in self-deception, use this class and free yourself now.
