Beauty of Creation - with Teg Prakash

Practice a short warm-up set for energy, a meditative kriya to connect with inner beauty, and a meditation to connect with the creative source.

The Vesica Piscis is a powerful symbol with a multitude of esoteric, mystical, and practical meanings. It is the coming together of two aspects to create a third. As we activate our right and left brains in this cycle to come to our personal, ultimate, evolutionary, and Aquarian genius, we will connect to this symbol and allow for it to guide us into a flow state where we are connected to our own individual creative essence.

In this guided experience with artist, designer, and creator, Leslie Sollberger, learn the magic behind the Vesica Pisces and commonalities between it the twelfth zodiac sign. Discover and practice methods of tapping into your own creative flow state and experience a meditation using the ancient symbol for creativity and problem solving.

Guru Jagat discusses the history of the sacred art of Tibet and its connection with the kundalini teachings. She teaches that a sacred object only becomes sacred with the love you pour into it, not the other way around. What creates value is the love you have for it! This is Aquarian Age Economics. The prescient predictions of what was coming in 2020 continue in this fascinating talk. Don’t miss it!
RA MA Global Meditation: Hast Kriya (0:14) Kundalini Yoga Set (32:33) Intelligence Meditation (1:11:30)

In Guru Jagat’s last class before her trip to Tibet, she discusses creative impact. Learning to create for creations sake is always worth it. Creativity flowing is a sign of the kundalini rising, you will be in a better mood and be less self-destructive. The creative impulse will give you more energy, so you will always have time to create! The creative impulse is also closely connected to your youth, not your chronology, but your youthfulness.

Get inspired with this motivating dharma talk and Discussion of creativity for its own sake and how to cultivate it (hint: practice something easy every day). Repatterning the brain toward innate creativity is a matter of practice. People who create are automatically happier.

Kundalini is the potential creative energy in everyone; as it wakes up inside you, you will find yourself with more inspiration than you know what to do with!

Fun fact: acting in yoga in ancient India because it required an ability to "drop in" and lose yourself in the moment and group energy.

This is Part Two of the classes you can practice along with while Guru Jagat is in Tibet (the other is "Back to Basics").
