If you are still trying to get approval from daddy, you are wasting too much energy. Monitor yourself so it is you and you. Become attentive rather than trying to get attention from your parents, boss, friends, etc. Being attentive allows us to receive what we really want. The gaping ma will start to heal with this practice and you will gain attentiveness. The more attentive you become the more sensitive you become and the less numb you are, allows you to feel all the ways the universe is trying to pay attention to you and bring miracles, experiences, richness, and prosperity in your life.
This meditation will reorganize your psyche which will help you experience your family in a whole new way.
Laksman mantra chanted 108 times a day will help reduce anxiousness and lots of magical shifts will happen.
