RA MA Foundation Presents
RA MA Outreach
Welcome to RA MA Outreach
RA MA Foundation is honored to present RA MA Outreach, a series of classes that address recovery, addiction, mental health and wellness. First in this series is RA MA Recovery with Sazha Ramos:
RA MA Recovery classes are for everyone that is recovering from any and all addictions. We understand that addiction moves through peoples lives differently and manifests subtly or overtly depending on the situation.
Often times in life we reach turning points that can lead us in many different directions. On or off the path with a little bit of grey area in between. Society tells us that failure is shameful. Messing up is human. Its part of life. However when we fall down and start to actively work on healing from our addictions we open up a whole new universe.
The universe of divinity. Tap into your own divinity. Amplify your recovery. Choose victory.
Classes
Recovery is an ongoing personal journey and is definitely non-linear. Recovery is committing to self-liberation and these classes will be a place to openly discuss topics such as: mental health, addictions, and wellness.
There is a weekly class on Tuesday 4:00pm – 5:15pm PT. Both classes will include Kundalini Yoga and Meditations for Addictions with a monthly community discussion where all are welcome to share solutions and learn from one another

Hello my name is Christopher I am both a kundalini practitioner & a recovering drug addict & alcoholic. I’d like to welcome you to this new community page. My hope is to introduce you to a way of life free from alcohol and drug addiction, where we are men and women who have come to together to share our experience strength and hope with each other in regards to the never ending cycle of drugs and alcohol abuse. Regardless of whether we are high bottom or we’ve hit the rocks, We have found there is a way out from the never ending cycle of many vain attempts & earnest resolutions to get clean. Even though some of us had a spiritual daily practice as a result of our work in Kundalini & another various practices, we found we were never able to maintain recovery for any period of time based upon self will power. We would often fall short & pick up again. It wasn’t until we truly conceded utter defeat and hit rock bottom that we reached out & found a fellowship of men and women who have recovered from a hopeless state of mind and body.
I’m available at (213) 590-4903 please join me at a regular AA Zoom meeting named “Stronghold” at 7:30pm pacific time Wednesday nights. This weekly meeting is on Zoom.
