At RA MA, we are closely monitoring individual state and government notices for reopening allowances. We have put together new policies and procedures to ensure your greatest health and wellbeing upon our reopening. This, as always, is our top priority.

Up-leveling our Studio Cleanliness:

We pride ourselves on always maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at all of our institutes worldwide. We are up-leveling our cleanliness with the below additions.

• Prior to each reopening, we will undergo a deep cleaning prior to the studio’s reopening.
• Daily, the team will regularly clean and disinfect high touch surfaces throughout the day.
• Daily, studios will be mopped and sanitized between each class.
• Air purifiers will run throughout the day to keep the air fresh and clean.

Amplifying Staff and Client Safety:

Our top priority is ensuring the health, safety, and happiness of every member of the RA MA Community. The following measures are being taken.

• Hand sanitizer stations will be available for use at the front desk.
• Shared mats and cushions will no longer be available to borrow during class. Plan to bring your own or purchase at the studio.
• For the time being, we will no longer provide yogi tea or a water refill station. Plan to bring your own beverages or purchase from our selection at the studio.
• Socially distancing of 6 feet apart is encouraged in both the boutique and in the studio.
• Where mandated, masks and gloves will be worn by all staff and clients.
• If you are experiencing a fever or any signs of sickness, we ask that you stay home and rest (and practice with us on RA MA TV!)

Introducing New Studio Procedures:

We are changing up our studio booking and boutique policies to keep our institutes (and you!) running as safely and smoothly as possible.

• Class capacity will be limited based on state regulations and space allowance. Pre-Registration is required. Waitlists will be held for overflow.
• Mats spaces will be marked on the floor to ensure social distancing and class capacity allowances.
• We are moving to a hands-free check-in. Please check-in at the front desk.
• New students must register online prior to their first class.
• Cashless and contactless transactions are encouraged. Please save a credit card on your MindBody account for contactless payment or bring the exact change.
• No returns or refunds to any purchases made at the boutique until further notice.
• We ask all clients to be mindful and limit touching or trying on products in the boutique.

For RA MA Institute New York:

• Health Forms must be filled out on all visits
• Temperature will be taken
• Mask must be worn indoors at all times

Mejorando la limpieza de nuestro Centro
Nos enorgullecemos de mantener siempre un ambiente limpio, seguro y acogedor en todos nuestros institutos en todo el mundo. Estamos mejorando nuestra limpieza con las siguientes adiciones.

• Antes de cada apertura, realizaremos una limpieza profunda del estudio. -Diariamente, el equipo limpiará y desinfectará regularmente las superficies de alto contacto durante todo el día.
• Diariamente, los estudios serán limpiados y desinfectados entre cada clase.
• Los purificadores de aire funcionarán durante todo el día para mantener el aire fresco y limpio. Ampliar la seguridad del personal y del cliente

Nuestra principal prioridad es garantizar la salud, la seguridad y la felicidad de cada miembro de la Comunidad de RA MA. Por eso se están tomando las siguientes medidas.

• Las estaciones de desinfección de manos estarán disponibles para su uso en la recepción.
• Las esterillas, los cojines y las mantas ya no estarán disponibles para pedir prestado durante la clase. Planee traer el suyo o comprarlo en el Centro.
• Por el momento, ya no proporcionaremos yogi tea o una estación de recarga de agua. Planifique traer sus propias bebidas o compre de nuestra selección en RA MA.
• Se fomenta el distanciamiento social de 1 metro de distancia tanto en la boutique como en todo el resto del centro.
• Donde sea obligatorio, todo el personal y los clientes usarán máscaras y guantes. -Si tiene fiebre o algún signo de enfermedad, le pedimos que se quede en casa y descanse (¡y practique con nosotros en RA MA TV!)

Presentación de nuevos procedimientos en el Centro

Estamos cambiando nuestras políticas de reserva para las clases de yoga y para la boutique, para mantener nuestros institutos (¡y usted!) funcionando de la manera más segura y fluida posible.​

• La capacidad de la clase será limitada según las regulaciones estatales y la asignación de espacio. Se requiere preinscripción. Las listas de espera se mantendrán por desbordamiento.
• Los espacios para las esterillas se marcarán en el piso para garantizar el distanciamiento social y las asignaciones de capacidad de clase.
• Nos estamos mudando a un registro de manos libres. Por favor regístrese en la recepción.
• Nuevos estudiantes deben registrarse online antes de su primera clase.
• Se recomiendan transacciones sin efectivo y sin contacto. Guarde una tarjeta de crédito en su cuenta de MindBody para el pago sin contacto o traiga el cambio exacto.
• No hay devoluciones o reembolsos por compras realizadas en la boutique hasta nuevo aviso.
