The AUDIT TRACK option gives you full access to all of the the training classes, without the requirement to do any of the homework, or practicum assignments. You will not be eligible for a KRI certificate upon completion of the course.

If you are called to go deeper with your practice, auditing the Level 1 course will strengthen your practice, expand your consciousness, and transform the way you move through and interact with the world.
Across three immersive training weeks in September, November, and March, you will explore Kundalini Yoga through movement, meditation, breath, anatomy, philosophy, and Humanology, developing not only the foundation to teach, but the inner steadiness, intuition, and vitality that support a more aligned life.
