During this time of year, around All Hallows, the veil between this world and others becomes much thinner and it becomes easier to connect to the love, light, and support provided by our ethereal guardians. This two-part workshop will support our connection to our Angels, Allies, and Ancestors reminding us that we are always in communion with a magical support system that can help us navigate our lives with greater ease and grace.

First, Neelou will guide you through some gentle movement followed by journal prompts to bring to the surface anything that no longer serves. Next, she will guide you into a third-eye opening, connecting to your personal energetic support system, followed by a transformational breathwork journey.

About the method Breathwork is an experience based in wholeness. It is a powerful healing modality utilizing the breath to heal old patterns, dislodge stuck energy, and balance the chakras. Practicing in a group setting has a powerful collective healing energy that facilitates deep release. Neelou’s style of breathwork incorporates a two-part breath and an exhale. It’s as simple as it is transformational and works to restore the healthy flow of Qi in our bodies. By breathing deeply you oxygenate the areas of your body that need extra attention, releasing any blockages, or stuckness, in order to release the energy to flow freely.
