Breathwork is an experience based in wholeness. It is a powerful healing modality utilizing the breath to heal old patterns, dislodge stuck energy, and balance the chakras. Practicing in a group setting has a powerful collective healing energy that facilitates deep release. The style of breathwork Neelou facilitates incorporates a three-part breath and is as simple as it is transformational, and works to restore the healthy flow of Qi in our bodies. By breathing deeply you oxygenate the areas of your body that need extra attention, releasing any blockages, or stuckness, in order to release the energy to flow freely.

ABOUT NEELOU: Neelou Malekpour was born in Seattle and raised in Tehran, before moving to Los Angeles during the Iranian Revolution. She started SMUDGED as a tribute to her late grandmother, who taught her to be responsible for the vibrations she put out into the world. Neelou’s first book, The Art of Sacred Smoke, published by Penguin Random House, was released in March of 2022. She has more than seven years of experience teaching breathwork, sacred smoke, and mindfulness workshops to individuals as well as corporations.
