Many of the things we seem to have a difficult time manifesting come back to our own self-worth and self-value. Often, when we try to work on our self-worth, it’s done in matter-of-fact ways like setting boundaries and practicing self-care. However, there’s another tool we can use to rapidly enhance our self-worth: symbolization. This method, also used by our dreams to communicate with us, can profoundly shift our subconscious. In this two-hour workshop, Cara will be utilizing dream time journeying with the profound symbols and metaphors of animals, along with music and body tech movement, to accelerate our ability to fully align our subconscious with how worthy, valuable, and powerful we are.
Attendees will walk away with a practical technique to use over the next 19 days, speeding up their journey to becoming the most aligned, self-loving, and abundant version of themselves.
