Since her first encounter with Kundalini Yoga and Meditation in 2008 Shabadpreet has since studied with her teacher Guru Jagat. Kundalini Yoga and Mediation is a lightning fast practice for directly re-connecting with who you are, cutting through anxiety, depression, and other low frequency states, and freeing up your abundant natural energy.
