I am a family physician who hails from Baton Rouge, Louisiana and grew up here in South Central Los Angeles. It is my honor to teach Kundalini Yoga, a technology I was introduced to by my acupuncturist when I was 18. I was given a video tape and it became my cure all for all that ailed me: panic attacks, anxiety over medical school interviews, depression from a failed love relationship, etc.
