In Aquarian times, teachings are considered “secret” only because they have been forgotten or overlooked. In this class we will explore the science of Naad Yoga, to experience the ways in which the movement of the tongue and meridians transforms the vibrations of body, mind and spirit—creating a reality that serves our highest consciousness.
Gurujas teaches that Kundalini Yoga is an experientially-based system–a science of joy, fulfillment and love. She also believes that happiness is a vibrational frequency, and can be an enduring state of being. Gurujas is the lead singer of the Grammy Award winning group White Sun.
