The Original Sound: Origins of Sound with Gurujas

To explore the origin of sound is to explore the origin of creation itself. In this class we will focus on the primal sounds, the first and last sounds, and briefly introduce the 35 Gurmukhi sounds. We will talk about how the elements (earth, air, fire, water, ether) directly relate to specific earth languages, as well as the single universal command of sound. We will uncover the building blocks of the universe, and learn how to create our own universal orbit.
Gurujas teaches that Kundalini Yoga is an experientially-based system–a science of joy, fulfillment and love. She also believes that happiness is a vibrational frequency, and can be an enduring state of being. Gurujas is the lead singer of the Grammy Award winning group White Sun.
