Alexis met her teacher, Harijiwan in 2012 and in 2013 took her first of many kundalini trainings with Harijiwan and Tej. She began teaching at the brand new RA MA Venice and has been practicing and using the Kundalini Yoga technology to upgrade and expand her potential ever since.
Alexis is also a mother and successful working actress. She has appeared in several television shows and feature films such as THIS IS US, GRACE AND FRANKIE, THE RESIDENT, JERSEY BOYS AND THE GET DOWN. She also teaches and coaches other actors through Lesly Kahn & Co Acting Studio.
Alexis loves deepening her daily practice and continuing to study and learn from her teacher, Harijiwan.
