Class Description
Sound is a way that you can change consciousness. Come into this class with a fresh beginner’s mind and see what opens up for you. A fresh mind gives you youth and creativity. It allows you to see things differently. Develop this perspective with the kundalini yoga in this class. Being a yogi means that when you put yourself into alternate postures you put yourself into alternate realities. Put yourself in a fresh perspective. That is the goal of your yogic practice. Why? Because suffering is when your mind doesn’t move. When your mind does not have the agility and flexibility to move through the 84 facets of the mind. These are 84 different rooms with different views!
Develop the agility, strength, and breath required to maneuver through these 84 perspectives. That way you can see anything in a whole new way. You never need to suffer. Create a whole other reality right now. That is the fresh mind which is a spiritual practice. Receive a simple teaching on the 3 mental facets; the positive, negative, and neutral mind, and how they work.
Don’t take anything personally. Try it. Develop the capacity of mind, body, and spirit to actually have an experience of love. See the beauty of the quagmire of the human condition and have the personal power to love them anyway. This is precognitive. It is an experience.
