Class Description

Practice this fundamental Kundalini Yoga meditation with Harmanjot.

 

Start with this 2 min practice, and gradually build up to 11 minutes, then work your way up  to 31 minutes.

 

Regular practice of Sat Kriya will have a profound positive effect on all aspects of your life.

 

**NOTE** - It is important that you lie down for a few minutes after doing this mediation, this is part of the meditation.
