The mind is incredibly creative, and left to its own devices can destroy you. It needs a lot of stimulation to keep itself occupied or entertained. Mantra directs and channels energy into a more constructive current. “Aap Sahai Hoa” is one mantra that is particularly soothing to the neurotic mind.

Even as we “level up,” the mind will still continue to be fiendishly creative, only now the external stakes get higher. There should be more to lose. Creativity, nature, exercise, and mantra are all great ways of easing the restlessness of the mind by redirecting it. The mind always wants to create problems (so that it can solve them).

Becoming the parent of your own energy field (“the mother of your own healing & the father of your own success”) and getting over your parental trips. Yogi Bhajan said if we fully forgave our parents, 90% of our problems would disappear.

Catching the last bit of this “11” year energy of universal amplification.

If it doesn't take away your doubt, if it doesn't work for you... why do it?  But you have to commit and try and get the experience. It's truly yours to experience.
