Class Description
This 90-minute Kundalini Yoga class is designed to help you open up, recalibrate, and settle into who you truly are.
We begin with a breath series to prepare the body and nervous system, then move into the Kriya for Natural Adjustment. The Radiant Body carries the quality of courage, grace, and that unmistakable inner light that others can feel before you even speak. This class is an invitation to stop dimming yourself and let that light fully land.
