This class begins by setting a firm foundation on Earth - working the pelvic region to stabilize your base, strengthen your root energy, and create the inner security needed for true expansion. From that grounded place, we move into a meditation to launch you into the realms of infinity, supported by a deep pranayama of stillness.
Through breath and steady awareness, you extend beyond limitation, attract the current of the whole universe, and open to the blessings of all saints, yogis, and healers.
We close with Haumei Bandhana Kriya to un-stick the places where the ego grips too tightly - freeing your spirit, clearing stagnation, and restoring movement in your life force. Leave feeling rooted, spacious, and profoundly connected to the boundless truth of who you are.
