Class Description
The spine needs flexibility and balance. This precise series of exercises coordinates the movement and flexibility iof the sacrum and lower spine with the upper spine and the back of the skull. The result is strength, balance, and endurance.
Experience a powerful lower-body reset in this short, high-impact session. Begin with a series of energizing squats to awaken the legs and glutes, building foundational strength and stamina. The practice then transitions into integrative movements that distribute this newly generated energy along the length of the spine.
This sequence is designed not only for physical strength and flexibility—especially for the legs, hips, and lower back—but also for deeper healing and energetic integration. As you move, you’ll activate key meridian channels, supporting circulation, releasing back pain, and enhancing the body’s natural ability to heal and harmonize itself.
