Class Description

This is the modern world. You’ve got to give a lot and you’ve got to get a handle on yourself.  Find tips and tricks for living a practical, successful householder life in this class.

For example:

  • Activating whatever comes to you with gratitude so that you can live as a prayer.
  • Walking 5 miles in the morning and 3 at night (+ swimming 1 hour a day if you can) is a great way to get rid of cellulite.
  • 8 hours of care for yourself, 8 hours of clear-minded, focused work, 8 hours to sleep.
  • Brushing the back of the tongue will cause you to gag, cleaning the "monkey glands" & setting/strengthening the stomach muscles & diaphragm for the day.
