Guru Jagat delivers a dharma talk on the importance of a responsive parasympathetic nervous system.
Using the kundalini technology, mantras and the gong is one way to heal the nervous system. For yogis, we want to have a flexible and resilient nervous system that allows us to relax when we can, sleep quickly and deeply, and also respond to the pressures of our age with vitality.
Practice a kriya and meditations to rejuvenate the parasympathetic nervous system, then relax with a long gong.
