Go beyond the veil this Samhain season with Christine as she guides you through a practice that you can easily do on your own to connect with your ancestors, cultivate an open dialogue and heal yourself and your family line, past present and future.

Christine O’Day is an occult practitioner and initiate in Lucumi, Quimbanda, Ceremonial Magic  and Traditional Witchcraft. She is also a personal trainer, kundalini yoga teacher and reiki master. She has been using her knowledge of over 30 years to assist clients in connecting their mind, body and spirit.

This meditation works very intensely to clear & open the heart space so that we have the base of compassion to understand the totality of who we are.
 Work with the Jupiter finger and make a triangle effort towards this love space by inhaling all you need, and exhaling any weaknesses & deficiencies.
