Time to crank up the practice.

In the solstice window, it's really beneficial to amp up the organization of your household, finishing any projects you have put off, and/or meditating more & doing more yoga. It's generally a time of amplification, so getting organized will have a lot of follow-through.

Planning will get you everywhere. If you know you need more yoga, do that; if you know you need more exercise, do that; if you know that friction & pressure will make you perform better, lean into that. You have to figure out how you work best, & everyone is different. It's called "self-psychology."

Producing one or two shifts in the next 11 days will give you a major amplification.

Discussion of the 8-10th days of the moon (the time in the month where the subconscious fog is heaviest, so practice is particularly beneficial). The new moon, 4th & 11th days of the moon, & full moon are the other power-points in the month, & represent the deepest calm, the glandular reset days with highest prana, & the time of maximum amplification, respectively.

Being grateful for everything we've been given. Yogi Bhajan said that true yoga is being grateful for everything; the rest is all intellectualization.
