Class Description
Michaela has been practicing Yoga ever since she was a teenager. Having practiced many different styles with many different teachers all over the world, it was not one moment in particular but the cumulation of so many moments and experiences that made her decide to become a teacher herself. Her practice and teachings are rooted in a variety of traditions ranging from Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Breath Work and Meditation. She strongly believes in the innate wisdom of body and heart and while her classes are clearly structured and focused the aim is to hold space for the individual experience of each participant. Each class is an invitation to explore who are are today.
