The P-Fruit Kriya will revitalize anything you have done to your system. You should do this set in February and March. You will notice the results significantly in the Fall. Eat your P-foods during the day and only P-Fruits at night. You have a metabolism reset, organ reset, and digestive reset. This set will heal the feeling of discouragement.

It's the fourth day of the moon this day, so we have a whole kind of glandular reset.  A lot can happen on the fourth day of the moon, if you are conscious of it, because it's a very specific secretion of the glandular system, which is very anti-aging. Things start to secrete in a different way. You start to look different in all sorts of ways, in all 10 of your bodies. Because we're very fixated in the west on one body. But there are nine other bodies to work with. This system works with all 10 of those bodies. Creates radiance, and as the Muhl Mantra states, on dying, unborn. So it gets you connected into the wholeness of yourself, which gives you kind of a timelessness.
