It’s a deep type of relationship because you are sharing practice and transformation together. Especially now when the emotional and mental bankruptcy is at an all-time high, we help each other shine.

Let the Cold depression come out of your system in communion. You can come and participate and receive the particular type of nutrition you are seeking most. When the energy comes up and you get brighter you need to know your own self-psychology. When you elevate it can trigger the booby traps of the cultural control that has taught you not to shine

Everyone gets to be fed. So, it’s important that you normalize. Know your little pacifiers so you don’t get freaked out by the massive amplification of your radiance. You must feed the toddler the chocolate chip cookie to trick your mind that you’re not growing too much. There is so much conditioning around what happens if you reached your fullest potential. You’re programmed to hate the freest person in the room. That’s socio-normative. In the spiritual community, it’s the opposite. When something clears off you during practice, then everyone benefits. When one human makes the choice to turn towards the elevation of their own soul then legions of others are transported with them.

Meditation can sometimes be like going to the bathroom. You’re clearing stuff out and you don’t linger around and look in the toilet and wonder what just came out. Things become a lot funnier. Take that mantle that you are engaging in a beautiful dance - turning towards yourself.

Receive guidance on how to work with resistance. You can be either respectful or irreverent of your own resistance depending on what you need in order to move through it. You have to know yourself and that is what the Kundalini technology is for. Use this practice to pay attention to how your brand of resistance shows up. Then you can know how to dance with it. You may need some rest or some pushback. The subconscious mind is very intelligent and you have to know how to work with it. This is when major breakthroughs happen. Deepen your practice and your whole incarnation can change. Your subconscious mind has already detected the enlightenment and that is why you feel you don’t want to mediate or do your practice. Your subconscious is designed to protect you. It was formed in childhood and is protecting you from those traumas that aren’t actually real now.

You know things are getting good when you are pushing up against the razor’s edge in your life, self, and practice. Something big is on the other side of that. Kundalini yoga trains you for this. It gives you the ability to create art with your childhood traumas and grow up. To bring the best out in yourself and others is a skill set and that is what you are developing.
