Expand and Cultivate

In the window of the Fall Eclipse Cycle, take a pause to turn inward—attuning to the inner voice, the inner vision, and the inner wisdom carried by your life force.

This Healing Moons practice awakens the mind’s eye—the subtle faculty through which we perceive what lies beyond ordinary sight.

In the yogic teachings, there is the concept of Chitragupt: Chitra means imagery, Gupt means secret. It speaks to the sacred art of generating inner visions and receiving guidance from the unseen—unlocking currents of energy, prosperity, and blessing.

Through Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and stillness, we refine our inner sight and strengthen the channel of intuitive guidance. As the secret imagery of the soul awakens, clarity, prosperity, and blessings unfold.

This is a practice of guidance beyond words—communing with your subtle body wisdom and allowing images to open new pathways of healing and expansion.
