In this class Guru Jagat touches on everything from quantum leaps to face reading to parapsychology via comedian Bill Burr. We learn how to maneuver the vast capability of our minds and position ourselves to gain energy from any circumstance. Every person has an elementary personality and personality fractures, a basic identity and identical identities, a conscious mind and a subconscious mind, and so on—Guru Jagat gives us practical parapsychological tools to apply all of these aspects for a more empowered and enjoyable life. 

We get in our frog squats for the RA MA Frog Challenge: a quick energizing exercise we’ll be practicing together through Summer Solstice. End with a self-hypnotic healing meditation series to blow by outdated thoughtforms.

Practice a low-impact Kundalini kriya to balance the navel and stimulate the body’s natural heat. Then move into a simple chanting meditation to amplify your connection from finite to infinite consciousness.
