About Tressa:
Tressa Yonekawa Bundren does only one thing, she fixes relationships. She is an award-winning keynote speaker and coach in leadership, corporate culture, creativity, boards cohesion, and couples relationships. She is a co-founder of Taproot Ventures, a Portland based culture-first consultancy with F100 and government clients. Her uni degrees are in the neuroscience of cognition and she has spent over two decades successfully working with thousands of top leaders and couples. She was turned down for her first business bank loan out of grad school and became a dominatrix with high profile entertainment and finance clients for a couple of years, built a no-sex, integrity and power-domme start-up, funded the rural medical staffing business she was turned down to finance, and was asked by many of her clients to fix their marriages and their work teams. Tressa is an autism services coordinator, older child adoption advocate, and adoptive mom of three incredible daughters from the foster care system.
