About Melissa
Melissa aims to share practical tools and be an example of how one can elevate and propel beyond sufferings and alchemize one’s life circumstance into its fullest potential. Melissa combines her research and studies in movement/somatics, psychology, reiki, biology, quantum physics, archeology and eastern medicine, into the systemic teachings of Kundalini Yoga and her own movement practice.
