Day 4: Your 10 Bodies
Class Description
Of all types of yoga, Kundalini Yoga is the fastest. You can generate an immense amount of energy in one breath, one exercise, one moment. Your power to hold that energy is key. This is where your nervous system, glandular system & other physical elements come to play. To maintain a high frequency, these systems of the body must be working properly. As humans we have one physical body, three mental bodies & six energetic bodies. Practice a yoga set to activate, balance & give you the experience of all ten bodies.
