There's nothing in sex and there is nothing without sex. Sex is not only an enjoyable creative act, it is a vital creative act.  And it is not only vital, but it is also enjoyable.

Practice a kriya to open the sex nerve and the brain to be able to hold the paradox of sexuality - which is that it births life and also births pleasure. Learn the fundamentals of pulling bandhas as part of advanced sexual techniques.
