In this morning session open up the space of exponential prayer and possibility and practice a deep glandular adjustive set and an ancient way of prayer.

Lunch Assignments:

• Go to a place of power on a piece of land and absorb the space.
• In your own handwriting, write your hidden personality, agendas, self-destructiveness and even your hidden desires. And then be done with it.
• For the new moon, eat or fast as it intuitively feels healing to your body.
• Try to spend the day in silence.
