Cleaning The Liver & Cool The Anger

Everything is interconnected.  Your anger has roots in the liver.  If the system is balanced and working for you to give you proper biofeedback and energy then you can interface with the universe and find the flow.  When systems are off there is a pull, which creates imbalance.  This set and meditation target the liver, anger and adjusting the spine to bring balance.  The meditation balances the tattwas or five elements: earth, water, fire, air and ether.  The mantra creates a vibration which brings balance of the heavens and earth within you at the heart.
