In this particular meditation it is chanted in a different manner than usual. Each part is extended and chanted on one breath. It is also sometimes referred to by practitioners as The Long Mul Mantra Meditation.

Meditation on the sun wheel-- the sun wheel which looks like a swastika can be seen throughout Hindu and Tibetan Dharma art. While it looks like the Nazi swastika, in reality, it is the reverse of it. The Sun Wheel, seen in this class means moving toward the god force. It was reversed in order to invert that force for purposes of control. This meditation which is a part of the yoga set "to heal your troubles' takes back the proper energy of this symbol and puts it back into the earth as a positive force.
