As a human we have certain cycles in life. You have a seven year consciousness cycle, an eleven year intelligence cycle & an eighteen year life cycle. These cycles run us whether we know it or not. You want to pay attention to them. You can think of it as a software update. If I don't update my iPhone & it goes on & on, I never update it, then it's going to start acting weird. Your system is a similar type of technology & so you always want to be updating things, growing & aligning within these cycles.

A doctor was telling me about a recent study on placebo effects. There was a group of people who were sick, & some were given a medicine, & some were given something & told it was medicine but it wasn't anything. The group that received the placebo actually experienced a lot of healing through their belief. That's how powerful the mind is. You always want to project your thoughts & organize your thoughts in a way that raises your consciousness, that helps you. You are not what you are you are what you project. It's a belief.
Restore The Body After Emotional Upset
Return equilibrium to the glandular system and nervous system.
After any large upset, shock, anger, etc…the body undergoes a shift in the glandular and nervous systems. This yoga set is for restoring the equilibrium of the glandular system after extreme emotional states.

With Pre Full Moon week we are creating a strong nervous system and creating stamina within the breath and opening the heart center to release any fear. As we work with the heart center using the O mouth breath we are releasing any stored emotions in the lungs & the heart to make room for new energy. Mid class you will dance and create that bliss and happiness within our cells. Ending it with a Meditation using the Iccha Kriya ( snake energy) to face fear and conquer!
Healing Internal Conflict
A Deep Meditative Experience
We're going to work on healing internal conflict. A lot of us have this inner conflict that blocks us from our personality & it also blocks our prosperity. Dualistic thinking inside of ourselves like, Should I do this? What about this?— all of that back-and-forth. What that does is it absorbs the energy you generate & it blocks you from being you. So we're going to work with Hummee Hum Brahm Hum in a special meditation to go in & clean that up. We will also practice a breath for the sexual & sensory systems, so our energy can flow up to the higher chakras.

Memorial Day Kundalini Yoga, Mahan Jaap & Gong
On Memorial Day, we honor all of the fallen soldiers, the individuals who gave their lives so that we can enjoy the freedoms we have today. And in Saint Patrick's Cathedral in Dublin, there is a plaque in memory of those gave their lives in the Burma Campaign & there it reads, when you go home tell them of us & say for your tomorrow we gave our today. Those countless millions around the globe who’ve given their lives to help people enjoy a better life, that’s what we’re honoring on this day. So open your heart & your mind so that you can make a contribution, help make the planet a better place for those who are here & those who are arriving here.

Memorial Day Long Mul Mantra Monday
On this special day we celebrate everyone who has given their life to this country. When the date was being officially set in 1865, a representative said it should be in May because flowers should be in bloom everywhere when we celebrate this day. The entire collective is focused on gratitude, which is a high frequency & this amplifies the frequency of the planet & the magnitude of our meditation.
