Throughout our lives we often instinctively know how to enrich our existence, on other occasions we feel completely lost and confused, in between those states we live mostly on autopilot, trying to do our best in perpetually challenging situations. The survival mode kicks in, we become desensitized to our life purpose and before we know it, we lose the connection to ourselves and our life path.
The ancient yogic teachings give us simple and clear guidance on how to make this human experience fulfilling and more enjoyable no matter the circumstance. Using Kundalini Yoga technology we will reconnect to what it really means to be a human being. Based between Berlin and Mallorca, Siri Manprem teaches internationally, online and offers private classes in German and English.
As devoted practitioner and teacher of Kundalini Yoga for over five years, and his classes are dynamic and empowering reconnecting you to your center of self.
Hansu Jot is a Zero-Point Healer, Kundalini Yoga Trainer and devotional music artist.
Acknowledging life as a dance between the polarities with its source in the space of stillness, Hansu Jot facilitates immersive sacred sound events, trainings and workshops that allow people to deeply reconnect to the space of truth within and to remember that we are here to express the blueprint of our soul.
