About Senta

Savitri Bachan Kaur (Senta) creates a welcoming and inclusive space where people can experience for themselves the same powerful life changing transformation she’s had since starting her Kundalini yoga practice in 2008. It all started with a leap of faith to take one class at the YMCA. That class turned into a commitment to go once a week and grew. She believes all great journeys start with small steps every day. She is a Kundalini yoga teacher, sacred storyteller, and healer. She is passionate about sharing this ancient technology aimed at awareness for all sizes, shapes and spiritual faiths. Find her on social media @keeplovingyoga.
