Adalina East began practicing Kundalini yoga and meditation during her UN posting in Bangladesh, and found these sacred teachings transformative and centering. 

 

Adalina is an intuitive channel and healer, bringing forth messages from numerous collectives, Ascended Masters, Spirit Guides, Angels and Teachers to support our community through this current time and space. As a clairaudient and clairvoyant trance channel, Adalina is able to communicate directly with Higher Guides for learning, growth, healing and connection. Her decade long career with the United Nations and other humanitarian aid organizations brought her to research and become certified in multiple healing modalities to overcome PTSD, chronic anxiety and life-threatening health conditions. She brings her years of experience as a social worker, therapist and herbalist to her practice, fostering a sense of community and healing with intention.
