Raghubir is an artist, educator and yogi. Her interest as an artist is to open conversations about the intersection of spiritual practice and art practice and how artists have a responsibility to share their sensitivity and skills with the planet in any way that uplifts and transforms community, the environment, our children, and each other. As a yogi, she practices the tools and technology to become more aware of her own human condition and to raise her own consciousness and as a yoga teacher, she instructs and helps others to do the same. Raghubir believes that if she can assist in the growth and development of individuals, they in turn can contribute to the cumulative happiness of community. As a teaching artist at the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts and a recent MFA Graduate in Public Practice from OTIS School of Art and Design, she is living proof that practicing the teachings and technology of Kundalini Yoga can manifest and manage the flow of creativity.

Blueprint for Creativity, based on the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, is designed to help people connect and open to their optimal creative selves. We have to build ourselves from the inside out: starting with the foundational belief that we can be whomever and whatever we imagine. These four workshops explore the fundamental tools for unleashing creative self-expression and laying the infrastructure for maintaining and directing its flow.

INTUITION // July 17, 2017 7pm – 9pm

Yogi Bhajan said that intuition is in everyone, but dormant in most people. If it’s dormant, you are alive but you are living by feelings and impulse. You are living like an animal.  The key to creativity is to develop the highest aspect of yourself, the sattvic guna or your angelic nature, in order to raise your frequency and move through life consciously with grace and love.

DAILY ACTIONS // July 24, 2017 7pm – 9pm

Daily Actions or habits are chain reactions deeply imbedded in the subconscious between the mind and the nervous and glandular systems of the body. Some habits serve our highest good and others do not. By having a daily practice of singular techniques, changes will occur on the deepest spiritual and creative levels.

RISK-TAKING // July 26, 2017 7pm – 9pm

Prosperity comes from courage, not from chance. Those who take the risk, gains. Those who do not take the risk, have already lost. It isn’t the life that matters. It is the courage you bring to it. Yogi Bhajan, 11/3/96
