Dana Costantino is a native New Yorker, Dana began taking Yoga at the age of 17 at various studios around Manhattan and fell in love with the practice right away. A career in advertising and marketing along with a growing love of wellness and Yoga gave birth to the idea of combining both passions. Thus began an on-going mission of taking Yoga and Wellness to the masses while creating community. Dana has completed several certifications in Aromatherapy, Meditation and Yoga including a Yoga certification specific to those in recovery. Passionate about helping people find balance with mental, emotional, spiritual and physical addictions and ailments Dana specializes in teaching Gentle Yoga and Restorative classes.

A Guided Journey Through the Basics of Essential Oils

🍋In this workshop, we will discuss the uses of three of the most commonly used essential oils including Lemon, Lavender, and Peppermint.

🍋You will learn practical ways to use these oils and to incorporate them into your everyday life.

🍋We will make an essential oil body spritz using these oils, students will get to make and take home their own individual bottle of body sprits.

🍋The workshop will conclude with a 30 minute Gentle Hatha Yoga practice and Savasana which will include the use of essential oils on pressure points of the body.
