Gurujas is joined by ordained Tibetan Buddhist monk, Choje Lama Wangchuk Topden, for an extremely rare and special workshop. Part of the 900 year-old Kagyu Lineage, Lama Wangchuck began his formal education at three years old. As part of his training, he spent three years in isolated retreat practicing mantra, meditation and Tibetan yogas. He served as V.V. Thrangu Rinpoche’s secretary and attendant for many years, until Rinpoche appointed him chairman of all eight Thrangu centers in Nepal. On 26th June 2018, during the grand 33rd Birthday celebration of H.H. the 17th Gyalwang Karmapa at Karma Triyana Dharmachakra Monastery in Woodstock, New York, H.H. the 17th Karmapa bestowed Lama Wangchuk the title “Choje Lama.” He now teaches Tibetan Buddhism to monks and dharma practitioners all over the world.
