RA MA Tea No. 1 is an ancient yogic recipe for detoxification and vitality. Add a tablespoon or more to a pot of water, depending on the desired strength. Bring to a boil, then after a few minutes lower the heat to a simmer and let the herbs infuse.  Make a large pot and sip throughout the day. Enjoy hot or cold.
