What to Expect:
A guided day-long gentle cleanse protocol with an invigorating, detoxifying workshop led by Gurujas. From rising until resting, you will follow a simple protocol for nourishment, leading your system to restore healing, optimal functioning,  and ten body radiance.

1-DAY CLEANSE DETAILS & PREPARATION: 

• This is not a fast. You will need to eat food on this cleanse. However, your meals should be alkaline, vegan, fresh, and ideally organic.
• You’ll receive a cleanse protocol to follow from sunrise to sunset.
• The live detoxifying yoga session with Gurujas will take place from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM PST with infinite replay.
• VIRTUAL PARTICIPANTS will need to purchase all ingredients from provided shopping list.
